As well as being one of the most popular fine dining destinations in Napa Valley, Terra is a sought-after venue for private parties and corporate gatherings.

Events are held in Terra's private wine room, which is graced by floor-to-ceiling wine racks, French doors, and modern art sharing space with ancient fieldstone walls. Detached from our other dining areas, Terra's wine room has a sense of intimacy and privacy perfect for private events. The room is not a banquet space, but an elegant, intimate environment for seated dinners of up to 44 people, or seated dinners preceded by passed appetizers for 36 people.

Our chefs will craft a custom menu for your guests, and our sommelier will collaborate with you and with the chefs to suggest wine parings for each course. We are able to provide referrals for flowers, live music, photographers - anything and everything you need to make your event memorable.
